Great service, clean and comfortable rooms, helpful staff. The man at reception, Wilson Zshang, gave exceptional service! He answered my questions truthfully and even sent me photos of the rooms we had reserved. The rooms were clean and comfortable, albeit "old school". The hotel staff, including the young lady who checked us in, were friendly and informative. The bed was very comfortable. I had a safe and decent stay, which was exactly what we needed as guests with children.

Felt like visiting family, nothing too much trouble.

The breakfast to-go bag was a nice touch. I had some issues with the power outlets, but the maintenance team was quick to fix it. I had a comfortable stay at this hotel.

Everything was simply good. Had wonderful stay for one night, the staff were superfriendly, location was magnificent and to manhattan ferry in 35 minutes. The room was newly renovated and spotless for 2 queen beds, and I loved it.

The hotel was a perfect place for enjoying a residential area, so close to New York and the ferry. The continental breakfast was above average with plenty of items to choose from.

We recently stayed at a hotel on Staten Island and had a fantastic experience! We loved that the hotel was in an isolated area, which provided perfect serenity as nutritional fuel for the day's activities. The hotel had easy access to the Staten Island ferry, making it easy and convenient to explore the city. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed. The bathroom was also spotless and had all the necessary toiletries. The service was incredible, and the staff was always helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast that provided a great start to each day. We appreciated all the facilities, including the shuttle service and the lockboxes at the front desk.

The hotel did not have a refrigerator or microwave in the room.

All in all everything was wonderful, had a really great stay for one night. The breakfast was included, I appreciated it.

The cleanliness was excellent, and the hotel facilities were great. The breakfast was included, and the options were good. The staff were some of the best we have ever encountered, always extra friendly and willing to help. The location was convenient with transportation links to the ferry making it easy to get around.

The room was well-equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, and a coffee maker. The hotel had free and fast WiFi, perfect for staying connected. The location was convenient for intrastate work and had easy access to nearby amenities.

The parking lot was often full during the evenings, making it difficult to find a spot. The water pressure in the shower was low and the hot water wasn't hot enough.

One minor improvement could be made in terms of noise control.

Could use their great parking. Perfect location close to Newark airport and quiet area. Again, Freshkills Park was nearby.

Had a fine stay here. We were there for 3 days, everything was fine, loved its unbeatable location next to Newark airport, a bowling alley and Manhattan. Our queen room had an individual safe, multi-channel TV and a sitting area.
